Debora is an award-winning journalist with a solid history covering fashion, lifestyle, hard news and feature stories
for some of the country’s most notable media outlets. She began her production career at the CBS Television
Networkproducing videos and event packages for the entertainment, sports and sales divisions.
From there, she made the switch into news; writing and producing hard news, features
and programs locally, at
WABC-TV and WNYW-TV,
nationally at ‘Good Morning America’ and ‘American Morning’ and internationally
at CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360,
where she worked on the Faith & Values and Terrorism units, based mostly overseas
out of the CNN London Bureau. She travelled extensively throughout Europe, researching,
writing and conducting interviews with leading global figures, but still managed to be home for Fashion Week.
Debora received Emmy, Peabody and DuPont/Columbia University
Journalism awards for her contributions to coverage of September 11th attacks, the
Indonesian Tsunami and Hurricane Katrina. She brings a vast depth of experience
and vision to Red Stiletto Media and has covered New York Fashion Week for more than a decade. Along with her professional credentials, she brings a drive and professional integrity along with a commitment to taking the company forward in a challenging and fast paced environment.
