Debora is an award-winning journalist with a solid history covering fashion, lifestyle, hard news and feature stories for some of the country’s most notable media outlets. She began her production career at the CBS Television Networkproducing videos and event packages for the entertainment, sports and sales divisions.

From there, she made the switch into news; writing and producing hard news, features and programs locally, at WABC-TV and WNYW-TV, nationally at ‘Good Morning America’ and ‘American Morning’ and internationally at CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360, where she worked on the Faith & Values and Terrorism units, based mostly overseas out of the CNN London Bureau. She travelled extensively throughout Europe, researching, writing and conducting interviews with leading global figures, but still managed to be home for Fashion Week.

Debora received Emmy, Peabody and DuPont/Columbia University Journalism awards for her contributions to coverage of September 11th attacks, the Indonesian Tsunami and Hurricane Katrina. She brings a vast depth of experience and vision to Red Stiletto Media and has covered New York Fashion Week for more than a decade. Along with her professional credentials, she brings a drive and professional integrity along with a commitment to taking the company forward in a challenging and fast paced environment.

Anton has covered New York fashion events for Red Stiletto Media since 2010 shooting runway, backstage and events for some of the industry's leading designers.

After establishing a solid reputation in the UK, Anton moved to NYC in 2007 and channeled his vision and energy into fashion, lifestyle and street photography, setting up his own company Mock Turtle Moon as a vehicle to explore these diverse environments.

His wide ranging photographic experience and artistic background bring a unique style and dynamic to Red Stiletto's visual content.

Scott Specializes in the design and production of visual solutions for a variety of media. From the screen to the stage, from the runway to the World Wide Web.

He is at home in any environment where effective communications call for evocative visual content. An Alumnus of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), Scott graduated summa cum laude with a B.S in Communications Media and a B.A in Theater.

Scotts work has earned him several honors, including four certificates of merit from the Kennedy Center (for outstanding contributions to IUP’s Theater-by-the-Grove) and was a guest artist at Fordham University’s Kehoe Theater in Spring 2011. Having covered New York Fashion Week since 2010, Scott joined Red Stiletto Media in January 2011 as cinematographer and editor. He brings with him his technical savvy, his imagination and a commitment to consistently crafting visual solutions of the highest caliber.

Philip received an MA in Media Studies and Film from The New School in 2012, where he had the opportunity to apprentice in video editing with Emmy-winning faculty. Since then he’s worked on television projects for Fuse Network, Discovery ID, and Oprah Winfrey Network, and is active in the Brooklyn Indie Film scene.

Rachel Ann Pierce is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with dual majors: a B.S. in Communications Media and a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Fine Arts/Music Theater.

She has worked as a Casting Assistant for Impossible Casting and assisted in the launch of a new showcase and workshop studio, Insider Studios. Rachel is a seasoned stage actress, and has also appeared in five major motion pictures, several commercials, and print modeling campaigns. She is currently employed at The Late Show with David Letterman.
